John, a local from Canterbury, New Zealand explored his energy storage system options to optimize his existing 30kW solar system. Currently, John's 100 panels harness more than enough sunshine to power his home, therefore they opted for a SMILE5 energy storage system with 30kWh batteries to optimize their savings.
Now that they have the technical means to store their unused power, they also gain the power to brighten up darker times.
